A breast mod.

I would like to have a breast mod, where you can set the breast to one position when a bra is worn, another when going braless e.g. a tube top, and a third when the breast is bare (unsupported, not pushed together for cleavage)

You could adjust each outfit in CAS, except naked, I suppose. Not sure how to do that.

Why? Because well endowed sims like Judith Ward look reasonable when dressed, but when topless she seems to have gravity defying boobs. There's no Boob drop.

Not really looking for a boob drop mod, that would seem to require a skeleton for the top. But the breast skeleton/bones are already a done feature. tada

With HighHeels one could do this. Using a custom slider which moves the breasts down when the nude outfit is selected should work fine.

Is this high heels any shoe in the high heel class or is this the name of a mod?
