Characters not saving. Help

Hello,  i have an issue,  everytime i try to customize one of the main characters it goes back to default.  Name and customization.  I'll leave some screens. 

Like shortly after customizing and going back in the menu,  causes the character to reset back to what it was initially.  Am i doing something wrong?  Please let me know

Maybe your folders are write protected?

This first thing I notice is that you're not in the "Customizer" room. Any unsaved changes in a standard room will be lost on exit. You must start in (or exit to) the Customizer to make your changes "permanent".

Aye tho that wasn't the issue but i still managed to fix it, apparently all these new characters Model files were into "read only".  So what i did was uncheck those properties from all of them and booted the game. As a result now everything that is changed saves correctly.  So if anyone has an issue of this sort: try to go to the model folders,  and into a model folder: UNCHECK all the read only boxes from all the files you see: base.id accessories info etc,  because apparently my model was into a sort of guest mode without letting the system write.  Hope this helps anyone with the same issue,  cheers!  ❤️

Yes that was the issue,  not only the character but the whole clothing accessories hell even the name,  must have been a recycled model of some sort

Hey since we are here,  i've seen what happened to modsgarden,  quite sad to let such a great community go like that,  i was going to ask anyone if there is a new official website as a resource or is it just scattered,  a discord,  anything?  It feels so damn dead without it,  people sharing ideas,  requests.  It was a hell of a ride.

I also create animations as a main thing,  but i don't even know where to share anymore ?

We are working already on the new home but it will take some time to get all be done.

"The Team" is actively working on getting a new site up & running, but we've run into a lot of stumbling blocks that is taking far longer to resolve than any of us anticipated.

This site is still the current "official" site, but I recommend you use a Cloud for all uploads (instead of uploading them here) so your submissions can easily be added to the new site w/o having to upload it again.
