Any Mods to disable the Body Hair system? Either completely or at least by gender?

Are there any options to get this system out of my game other than manually editing 500-600 townies one by one...

Anything to just remove the system completely? Or at least limit it by gender?

I've been searching for something like this as well. I'm tired of all of the ladies in the game having really thick hairy legs and arms.
