Request - NPC's are tied by other NPC's after a defeat scenario.

I have been trying my best to cobble together a collection of mods that make being tied up a world event not just a player event. It strikes me that SL Defeat already meshes DCUR with player post sex. I'd like to see if someone could point me to a mod or patch that reliably ties all NPC's without player input.

SLSF adds ZaZ collars to certain NPC via "allow re-equip" toggle in MCM. Its not much but its a start.

Do be mindfull however, it does not work well with multiple DDs per NPC double equip system has is confused as it sees parts with no assigned partitiion as slot conflicts.

Moreover, if if you can wrap every NPC like christmas tree, is a good way to make game unplayable. DD support NPCs, but giving them to everyone will leave you in script lag hell.

 If you want them to really be commonplace - use non-devious devices or other mod with similar visuals, but without scripts.
