WickedWhims Not Saving

I've tested this a few times, I set up WW, play with it, then close out of the game.  When I go back into the game and check WW, the settings have not saved and are back at the default message.  It didn't throw an exception but here is the log.

Have you tried deleting your localthumbcache.pkg in your TS4 folder yet?
