I'm changing my settings and it says to save and restart the game. I do that but everytime i restart the game and PC it doesn't work.

Have you tested with only Wicked + Animations installed.

Update Wicked Whims to version (f) before testing.

Delete your localthumbcache.pkg in your TS4 folder.

Don't make any new saves with Mods/CC removed just exit when done testing.

You might have other Mods/CC that were broken with the last game patch.

Assuming your game is updated to the latest version 1.90 of course.

Hello, I think I am having the same issue and I don't know how to solve it.

I enter the game and I set the wicked settings, I save the game, exit and everytime I enter the game the settings didn't save and are back to default.

I updated my mods, I deleted localthumbcache a bunch of times and even recreated the ''The sims 4'' folder from documents.

Since I updated the game I spent so much time trying to fix it and I still find issues :(

TS4 = The Sims 4

is that the Install directory (mine is nonstandard), or the one in Documents\Electronic  Arts? (im on Win 10)

Yes the My Documents is the user files location and also where your Mods and Saves are stored.

I deleted this file, and rolled back to a save from july 23rd, last time I played. My WW settings are like they were prior to the update. Also moved Nisas Perversions to a temp folder before doing all this.

What my game was doing with this new update, was making everyone in my house age up for some reason. This fixed that as well. Not sure how often you all play, but if you can roll back to a different save it helps.

Was also resetting the sexpertise skill, this fixed that as well.

Same situation here since the 1.90 update. Deleted localthumbcache many times, tried older saves but nothing worked, the WickedWhims settings won't save. Don't have the aging bug though ?

it save but its a kind of bugged, prolly duing the school thing, make sure your sim is fully dressed when you port/travel to any place, if you travel with a naked sim the game will reset to start point, and ww is reset to, i just found this out some min ago, fully dressed my contacts are still there, ww setting is still intact

forgot the same thing apply when you edit another sims when you have cas.fulleditmode on, your sim nude reset, dressed it works like intended

I am also having this issue currently. My game is updated, I've already done everything you mentioned too. Every time I start up my game again, all the WW settings are back to default each time. I'm not sure if its just something that the base game is experiencing or if it is actually mods, I don't know much about these things. It's just getting annoying having to adjust the settings only to find that they will not stay that way. My pregnant sim just had a baby and when I re-opened the save, the baby is already born in his crib but she is still pregnant at the same time...? like wot.

Same issue here - I have WWv170i and up to date Perversions and updated game. I noticed not only do the WW settings reset (so I exported the ones I use and reload them each time at least for ease when I notice they're unset.) but whenever I travel or modify in CAS (also even I think sometimes switching to build mode) I notice my sims will reset AND any build edits I do EVEN IF I SAVE BEFORE TRAVEL will be reset to a previous point (missing rooms items etc) - University Sim's homework gets un-done, skill levels drop, even relationships go away. So I kept saving my game repeatedly before any travel or CAS edit but that doesnt even help because my sim had a boyfriend when I saved it, went to edit a aged up sim in cas and when I actually X'd out of it meaning I didn't even save the CAS edits - it rolled it back way further than my last save, no boyfriend not even KNOWING the sim.

OH and my game wiill not stop restarting the month - I've celebrated new years about 4 times I'm so sick of it.

Also traveling with my sim to high school is busted - he wont go to class and I can't click on the whiteboard to make him go either it just cancels the action.

Anyone with the same issues take note of your sims skills and relationships and work/school progress cos mine keep getting rolled back.

Loooots of bugs. Prior to high school stories my game was solid. I might just roll my entire game back if it keeps up.

Now august 8 using 170k and still not saving as it should. Hidden plumblobs refuses to change to visible

Actually the MCCC also have that option but diveded in 2 selection, if they mismatch against WW, WW will not save and just reset itself.

Would be good if WW sensed that MCCC is installed and disabled the option. Not sure anyone using WW play without MCCC
