I cannot ascertain which one, as you have a lot of mods. Specifically, 149 local mods, and 77 workshop mods, for a total of 226 mods being loaded. I have not seen this specific issue before other than when i was making my own race mod and fucked something up, and judging by the amount of errors related to trying to patch into base-game files, something is breaking not just your species files, but is either wiping, or breaking your base-game files.
