Colossus228 Posted July 24, 2022 Posted July 24, 2022 Well... I kinda experienced in downloading and installing mods, but this problem... I can't even suppose what causing it. My Skyrim is highly modded and I'm using ENB. I tried disabling it, effect became a way less noticeble, but still occures, so ENB just increasing problem, nor causing. You can see it on screenshot btw. I also tried disabling every mods .esp files that somehow connected with changing visuals - problem still occures. Thirdly I tried replacing clothing textures - nothing changes. And last - I LOOTed loadorder, same result.loadorder.txt So, I have no ideas how to solve it. I hope experienced community help me with it. On a first two images you can see, that enb is off but clothings are semi-transparent. On third image you can see that racemenu overlays are fine without light. And on 4, 5 images you can see the problem.

Insufficient skin (Vertices have less than 100% total bone weights) : Mesh becomes invisible at certain angles and when zooming in too closely. 2. Multiple meshes with Alpha Property + Alpha Blending : the engine has problems with this Light sources and ENB are not the problem, they only amplify it.

If it's true than this "transparency" will apply to every cloth textures? In my situation not every (vast minority) cloth behaves like this. For the second. I will try decreasing racemenu overlays slots for body. Would you kindly give any other possible solutions for that?

Changing skin textures doesn't work, changing skin mesh doesn't work, changing solts for racemenu overlays doesn't work, changing nif's of clothings back to vanilla doesn't work.

I don't know what you mean by skin texture and skin mesh. Changing overlay slots - what's the point? If using vanilla clothing doesn't do anything, I think your ini's may have incorrect values. If you don't use a mod manager, make a backup of your Plugins.txt (in AppData\Local\Skyrim) beforehand. Rename the Skyrim.ini and SkyrimPrefs.ini (in MyDocuments\Games\Skyrim) to eg. xxx_old.ini and then let Steam check your file integrity. It is also possible that the effects shader of a mod causes this transparency. It's hard to see the problem in your pictures.

And list of mods included in my post if it can help you to find "bad mod". UPD. I renamed INIs and let Skyrim generate them. Added only bFloatPointRenderTarget=1, no positive changes.
