Help! MCM for New Vegas won´t work

I tried several times to get the MCM working for me in FONV but when I start the game it crashes from the start. I have all things installed MCM requires but it is a pity. In Skyrim MCM works but for New Vegas it took me hours without success. So if anyone has a glue please let me know. I read lately that FOMM and the NEMM do not work together. I have both installed and had never Problems. I use NEMM for Skyrim so it is easy to keep the mods seperated without much clicking. Sexout mods work well as far they do not need MCM. I am thankful for every hint .

Because MCM changes some hud elements, it suffers from the same problem that any mod that does so has: conflicts with other mods that do the same. You use unified HUD to merge all that.

You would not be using the nogore version of FNV ?
