sexoutIMCNNV.esp links Sexout with IMCN. Sex improves player mood. Rape makes the player despondent ( unless player has the Masochist perk ).

 

This mod must be loaded after "Imp's More Complex Needs.esp"

I should have mentioned this. My first mod and already breaking the rules.

 

Through tweaking in FNVEdit, this mod uses "Imp's More Complex Needs.esp" as a master. So this mod must be loaded after.

 

It was the only way I could figure out how to make it work since most everything within IMCNNV is tracked within the IMCN quests. One .esp file cannot have an effect on another .esp. There's nothing within the game that prevents this. It's just a rule enforced by G.E.C.K..

Tried this out and really like the concept, love IMCNNV. When I use this though I get a fade to black after the sex act completes. Is that intentional?

Sex raises fatigue. Once you have 100 fatigue you pass out. In vanilla FNV this means you fall down. IMCNNV simulates unconsciousness wiht a fade to black. It's just the way IMCNNV handles stuff. Try to lower the fatiguedamage in the MCM options for sexout.

 

I think its quite cool for rapes if you get a fadout. For consensual sex.. dunno, must be one hell of a ride everytime if you pass out:)

FYI, something I found in the Sexout code that I am addressing now through MCM knobs and some SexoutBegin flags for the next release: Rape always knocks you and the rapist out. The rapist is knocked out for 2 seconds, the victim for 7.

 

I've fixed the issue, but am having MCM troubles getting the knobs exposed. There is a separate thread for that, but just an FYI. Rape doesn't just raise fatigue, it zeroes it out, then adds 2 or 7.

At least some basic survival skill is necessary. Around level 25 to cook some basic stuff. Cook the food. Eating raw meat has a chance of causing food poisoning. That's why the Survival skill is important.

 

Don't horde food. It spoils in a few days except when you keep it in a refrigerator. Then it will last about a week. ED-E also has built in refrigeration ( a floating beer cooler ).

 

Speaking of beer, you'll notice that food has an appeal rating from 100% to -100%. Putting drinks inside a refrigerator ( or ED-E ) will make them more appealing and improves the player's mood. This in turn will add perks. Likewise, food with a negative appeal harms the player's mood causing debuffs.

 

Most meds an chems contain stimulants and stimulants heal. Food does not heal. Don't get into a fight and then start noming when your health is low. You get the distracted debuff and may even hurt more. Downed 16 bottles of water when a Deathclaw was attacking after I first installed IMCNNV. I learned a new word: hyponatremia

 

I've taken the hunter/gatherer approach. Picking barrel cactus fruit, buffalo gourd seeds, etc. when ever I see them.

I've found a pretty serious bug for you...

 

When playing a male character my female partner would flicker and dissapear once the act was completed. Using the process of elimination I have tracked the problem to this mod. Don't ask me why, or wheter this is due to my particular combination of mods or if it is a problem in this mod itself, but there must be some kind of serious bug.

 

The problem doesn't arise with female chars, only male, and it doesnt seem to affect males banging males. Anyway, something to look inte...

That is funny, for me the only time the bug pops up when playing as a female char is when I use prostitution, hookups-encounters didn't cause the same problem. Now with the new SexoutSex-update what allows samesex-sex I guess I will soon see if the problem shows itself there as well...

The loadorder I had when I made the original complaint is lost to the ages, but I loaded up SexoutIMCNNV again, I haven't used it since I first noticed the bug, and the problem is present in my current game as well.

 

I doubt you will find anything in my loadorder as I play with a fairly massive amount of mods.
