True only works if you're naked. Not ideal, but it suits me since I wasn't able to disable physics through config files and I mostly don't use any armor in scenes, just fully naked. 

But yeah surely not best solution

Thanks for this thread, I was looking for a solution to belly deformity when my PC was having vaginal sex.

 

However, I don't know if it has been mentioned before, but my solution was in the CBPConfig_belly.txt file, specifically in the line Belly.collisionMultipler: it was set to 3.0 3.0, leaving it at 0.0 0.0 definitely solved the problem.

I will leave a comment here so i can find this topic again. i have the same problem. if only the body installation has option to not install belly physic in the first place. not very immersive and heap of trouble
