Mysterious CTD - "Fortify Barter" potion causes CTD every time

Got a really weird CTD I'm trying to figure out. After spending a long time trying different things to pinpoint the issue, I'm pretty sure it happens after using fortify barter potions (Requiem's version of speech potions). Thought I'd ask for help here since my mod list has a bunch of devious mods.

This is on a longstanding save in Requiem, I've been using fortify barter potions for a long time with no problem, including right before the save that seems to be stable. For some reason now it gives a 100% chance of a CTD, and it happens right when the fortify barter effect expires, not when I drink the potion or when I sell items. It doesn't seem to matter what it is I'm selling, to which vendor in which city, or for how much, or whether it gives me a speech skill-up. If I sell to a vendor without using a fortify barter pot, everything seems to be fine. Like I said, a couple minutes before the save that I've been testing from I sold to a vendor using a fortify barter potion (the blacksmith in Narzulbur fwiw).

I'm using Requiem, Trade & Barter and the patch that's supposed to make them compatible. No alchemy overhaul (other than Requiem). The only other weird thing I've noticed is that through several attempts to recreate the same situation, a couple times the items I've selling have been way more valuable than they should have been. I don't know how to recreate that problem, it happened just twice out of several re-loads.

I'm running the AE version of the game in Mod Organizer 2 using SKSE 2.1.5 for Anniversary Edition, Nemesis 0.84 for animations, USSEP 4.2.7, SSE Engine Fixes 6.0.2, Bug Fixes SSE 7.
