Matchmaker not working

Matchmaker used to work and now it just fizzles. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it. Uninstalled PapyrusUtil AE (using that one because of the version of Skyrim SE that I am using and it was working before) and reinstalled it. Uninstalled and reinstalled JContainers SE. Disabled and enabled all of Billyy's animations to include registering them. Also did the JSOD steps. I am also getting a warning: access to non-existing object with id xxxxxxxxx (various id numbers). Don't know what has happened but I am getting frustrated trying to figure this one out. The next step for me is to uninstall all of the Mods and start from scratch again...

Not to insult you but can you definitely trigger animations directly from Sexlab? 

 

What happens when you trigger via MM? DO the characters just stand there, and do you get a pop up telling you the animation it's trying to play? If you get the pop up, that implies that Sexlab has been triggered, so MM is working but animations in general are not.

With the sex talk mod I can have sex no problem but when I try to do the matchmaker spell it just fizzles. Don't know why and I tried looking it up on the internet in order to solve any problems that may have triggered this and followed the steps on the solutions that I did find but to no avail.... my next step is to delete all of the mods with exception of my charachter mods and reinstall them and see what happens. I really don't want to do that but I don't know what else to do...

Shouldn't need to do that for MM. 

 

What about the race of the characters involved. Are they vanilla (sorry to bring race into it).

I currently use Vermilion's High-Poly Presets which use the below additional mods.

Nah, I mean the actual race as the game engine sees it; like "Nord," for instance. I thought if it's a completely custom race maybe the mod doesn't recognize it.

 

I have a feeling this is a very simple fix.

 

I'd recommend ONLY uninstalling your sexlab related mods then reinstall sexlab - do the scripted installation in the game, then install matchmaker and test. So you only have SL and MM installed.

Don't bother uninstalling unrelated mods. That will just waste your time. Just make sure you have the correct SKSE64 and all that, and focus on getting SL and MM working.

Ok, so uninstall sexlab and all the related FNIS, racemenu, sk64 and the lot? Will do and hopefully it will work

I've been having this issue too, spell keeps fizzling out on the wolves (haven't tried others yet) though not human chars

I removed and reinstalled FNIS and the lot... Still doesn't work.... I'm going to remove most of my mods and see if that works in the next few days...

Got it to work when I removed all of my mods with exception to the sexlab and related ones that are required along with it. I am currently re-downloading mods but so far the next thing I have to figure out is why my character is now blue LOL!!!

I believe it is Billyy's SLAL Animations (2022-7-1). I just uploaded it and my matchmaker didn't work. I removed it and it started working again...

Ok, I uploaded Billyy again and I also uploaded AnimationloadingfixSE 1.0.o for Skyrim 1580 1573 in which you can find on his page under support. The link will take you to it and it is one of the green ones at the bottom of the page. It is working for me now. Try that and let me know if that works for you.

I ended up deleting everything and starting over.....
