Looking for a few Locations

Hey, i'm in Search of a few Location mods to add.. Firstly a Ship on open See would be very great, or a Mod that gives you a Ship you can Sail to an open Space, If it has Interior Cells that would be awesome.. Optional a way to spawn the Katariah without doing the Brotherhood Questline would suffice too ?

 

Also a Mansion with a big Cave or Prison attached to it. Optional a Basement you can furnish yourself with Zaz. Something a Noble would life in would be awesome

 

Aaand last a Breezhome overhaul.. Not really know what i'm looking for here, happy about any kind of suggestions ?

This was literally the first hit when Googling "Skyrim controllable ship".

an airship admittedly, buts its pretty much the pinnacle of mobile player homes. really saved my but when I was in bruma and needed a place to savely stash my loot.
