Best way to have body variation?

So what the recommended way to give all the npcs different height, weight and breast size (preferably with different shape areolas too) is it just zero sliders in bodyslide?

If you don't change the weight (because of head.nif - neck seam) then you can look here for LE or here for SE.

Autobody is a mod that randomizes appearance. I use obody, which also does that; there's a patch so that you can use it without using the o-framework. I don't know if those can randomize height, but there are mods that give NPCs height based on their race and sex.
