Frosferes Posted July 5, 2022 Posted July 5, 2022 I'm making a nif with Bodyslide functionality for a mod, but this nif contains low poly shapes that have no shaders and are meant to be used as collision meshes for HDT SMP. These meshes are invisible in-game but show up as an ugly grey thing that obscures the rest of the preview in Bodyslide. I would like to be able to set these shapes to be hidden in the Outfit Studio project so that they don't appear in the Bodyslide previews. Is this possible?
bnub345 Posted July 5, 2022 Posted July 5, 2022 There should be an eyeball icon next to the shape name in the top right, click on that and it will hide the mesh.
Swe-DivX Posted July 6, 2022 Posted July 6, 2022 Add transparency to the mesh and add a transparent DDS file to it.
bnub345 Posted July 7, 2022 Posted July 7, 2022 My bad, I didn't see the part about bodyslide. In OS, right click on the parts you want to be invisible and choose properties. At the bottom of the panel there should be an entry labelled Transparency Threshold, enter a value of 255 to make it invisible.
Frosferes Posted July 10, 2022 Author Posted July 10, 2022 @Swe-DivX@bnub345 Thanks for the suggestions!
