Mod compilation

I'm sure I'm not the first to ask this, but there surely must be some old thread-compendium with best adult mods and a recommended "modpack" of a kind with all the popular features.

 

Any help or advice would be nice. Thanks in advance.

You are not the first. Every Week someone asks about stuff like this and the answer is still no. Also there is nothing like "the best"

If i tell you apples are the best food and another one vomits by the thought of it, would they still be the best or just my personal taste?

I will not argue with you, i am not bored enough for that. And the Answer is still no and got answered a couple of times a Similar way. you can find Lists of mods but nothing for Best of mods. You might also find a mediocre  Modpack somewhere but it would still not be what you're asking
