Mods to change the vanilla Skyrim dogs?

I can't seem to find any that are simple and safe to use, any pointers? All I'm looking for is a simple replacement for the vanilla miserable, mangy and dull dogs(Stump for example uses this model and textures). Even if i's just improving the looks of the vanilla ones, or changing the colours so they are more interesting to look at, I'll take it!

Well there are your Options.. And it really depends on the most important Question since we are on LL. Do they need to have Dicks?  If the answer is no, the mods you could use are way higher in Number
