Grey Cloud Posted June 24, 2022 Posted June 24, 2022 Learn to post a screenshot. Read the support threads for the mods and you may discover that many of the mods no longer work thanks to CK3 updates. Try a new game with only Carnalitas and CBO.

You haven't downloaded CBO, just CBO Vanilla which only overwrites the CBO gene files to use the narrow variation present in the base game. But you don't have CBO itself.
