Mod Idea - Devious Dark Brotherhood

Since starting to mod skyrim I have been quite inspired by the likes or Srende's Devious Regulations and the accompanying addon by Black714 so I started planning mods. I'm no modder but mechanics and dialogue is my thing and i've come up with 3 mods sort of under the same umbrella, it's only called Devious Dark Brotherhood though because it was the one closest to completion, if this one gets somewhere and it's even remotely popular i'll finish the other 2.

 

The basic premise if to make something like Devious Regulations but faction specific and to ultimately add more unique toys to Skyrim. So what does it do?
It interweaves the story of the Dark Brotherhood with Devious Devices, basically piggybacking a repeatable gameplay cycle with a new toy.
 

Idea is free for anyone to pick up, most of it would be creatively free for the modder, message me if you're interested and want a much deeper look at the whole plan before you pick it up, don't want to spoil too much.

Toyful Dark Brotherhood
Use the Toys&Love modern framework instead of DD. You'd also have very easy access to love scenes, instead of using Sexlab.

I had actually considered Toys when I was planning everything out but i'm far more familiar with DD, i'm not a modder so i'd leave it up to whoever wants to make it although planning a mod for a framework you don't know too well would easily slow the replanning down.
