Is there a mod that distributes body skin normal maps based on the character's weight?

I'm looking for a mod that can assign flat chest normal maps for characters with low weight and curvy normal maps with shadows below breasts for characters with high weight. 

Kind of like Shieldmaiden Muscle slider (https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/29134), but not about muscles. 

I'd appreciate any replies. Thank you.

Is there any reason why you couldn't use that mod, but switch out the normal maps it uses for the ones you want to use?

Create a texture set in CK. The best way to do this is to use the Femalebody texture set as a template and save it as FemaleBodySkin_0.
Then open Femalebody's Armor Addon and use your new texture set (FemalebodySkin_0) in the Skin Texture Swap List field.
You repeat this for the feet and hands armor addons. Save it as ESP.
Now, the game uses the new texture set from weight 0 to 0.49 and the normal texture set from weight 0.5 to 1.0.
