I just want to be able to talk to a companion or spouse to have sex, then have sex. Also looking for anything that would let me have kids with them Futa compatibility preferred.

Scent of Sex does that.  Takes a bit to create a "rule", but after that it's one dialogue option to initiate sex. 

 

Create rules for any situation or whatever.   Pretty slick.

Eager NPCS adds a sims like relationship check to convince NPCs to have sex with you. Successfully convincing npcs increases you're relationship level with them the higher it is the more eager they will have sex with you and more dialogue options will be available ex. choose to have anal, oral, etc. if you don't already use Sexlab Tools to control sex animations. If you just really want to have sex you can bribe them to get them to have sex with you instead. It also gives an option to command your housecarls to have sex with you.

 

One more thing there is an entire section dedicated to dialogue initiated sex.

 

Edit: sorry the housecarl part is actually from Sexlab Solutions. Also has dialog sex but focuses on adding sexual context to in-game scenarios and story specific interactions.

Eager NPCs, as already mentioned, is great.
