Tongue is clipping/offset

Hi,

every Sim in my world has since the update a strange behavior with their tongues. They floating next to their heads or are offset. I think this is possibly caused by one of the slider mods that I use.

In my case, it even occurs in daily situations (like while their walking, cooking,...) not just while having sex. But before I start to delete every single one and mess up every Sim - I was wondering if it would be possible to either disable the tongues somewhere (seems like no one found the option for it yet) or shall we waiting for a possible fix?

Check to see if you have the below files in your mods folder and remove. I had the same issue and this fixed it.

nope got nothing like that in my mods folder

This includes all NANDONG files, anything that includes a tongue or head override.

Same here, none of those packages are in my folders and I'm still having that tongue issue.

It's quite possible that do you have those files in a merged package. If you're downloading sims, there's always a chance of getting a merged file containing numerous items. Some of them outdated or broken. It's one of the pitfalls of downloading other people's sims on this site.

So I got three options:

a) I go through my mods folder and search for every single head slider (even if I already did that and it seems like I don´t got any for tongues/heads)

b) I delete every single downloaded Sim in my folders (hell this will take a while)

c) I take out every single slider that I can find and put them step by step back until I found the one which causes this clipping

 

It´s almost seems like that my vacation won´t be too boring haha

I am going through 200 GB of CC atm and so far, I haven't found any Tongues, I spent most my night up till 4am, and I'm still going through the rest today' so far nothing. But I will most likely spend the rest of my day organizing. LOL, But I'll keep looking.  Also, about the broken CC, Mods. I always do a conflict scan before I run the game and also have Exceptions on, so I always make sure I have no broken things in my game.

Not sure if you're still looking for a solution but I was having the same problem! The cause for me seemed to be the height slider mod by GODJUL1

If you find customtonguemesh1 or 2 in your CC folder, get rid of them.

The "Height Slider Tall head Fix" also is causing the tongue rig to be floating outside of the sim's mouth while doing sex animations.

I also had this issue, I did find customtonguemesh1 and 2 in my CC folder. Deleted that and will see if that fixes the issue for me.

Something happened to my last version of WickedWhims. I checked all my folders, I removed them and left only the WW mod folder in there there still appears a FATAL ERROR message. I believe it's an error of the mod itself and it pisses me off :T I even tried deleting it, download it again and install it, and still i have that error :T it's annoying! I don't like seeig that random tongue floating around
