Now granted I know this may have been an issue for a long time but not sure, but not it is an issue. I am kind of not even sure which mod is the culprit either. I have quite a few mods and before it was no problem. Granted it has been a while since I've used a full female character as I've been mostly using TS gendered characters (which I usually make and play on the male gender with very feminine movement mods). But yeah I am trying to make a new female to actually play as it has been some time but it lags horribly when every I load my game. (Or even make a new character etc). One it hits female and lag I even did changed it in race menu and still instant lag . Anyone else ever had this issue or have an idea why this may happen? Also here is my load order / my mods if it is any bit helpful. And DLCShiveringIsles.esp must be one of the first ESPs, before any other DLCs. And LoversAnimObjectsPriority.esp must be after LoversIdleAnimsPriority.esp. USE BOSS !!! then sort your all ESPs which boss did not recognized and your Lovers Mods manual. gregathit Posted July 10, 2013 Posted July 10, 2013 Your lovers plugins are badly out of order to the point they won't work worth a crap. You need to look at the sample load order here and make the adjustments: http://www.loverslab.com/topic/4487-please-read-before-posting-here/ As Ark stated you need to fix anything that Wrye has labled as delinquent. What that means is you have a plugin that depends on another as its master, above the master it depends on. I recommend you run BOSS and then hand sort your other files along with your Lovers plugins. After running BOSS you'll need to rebuild your bashed patch. Remember to disable all lovers plugins prior to doing so. You also need to go through and purge stuff like this out: 97 clean mjy castle free v1.1.esp99 clean mjy castle free v.2.esp Pick one version or the other but don't run both. Another duplicate: Unofficial Shivering Isles Patch.esp [Version 1.5.0] You have this ABOVE the official shivering isles DLC esp, which means all its corrections are then lost. Patches MUST be below the file they are patching or they don't work. Be careful running this one: Punk Stevo - Brutal Underground.esp The last time I used it, it was full of dirty edits and other issues. Play through the quest line and uninstall it. Spend a bit of time and go through your load order pruning out stuff you don't use or stuff that are duplicates and you will have a much more stable game. Cheers, Greg
Dusk_ Posted July 11, 2013 Posted July 11, 2013 VipCxj's High Heels is a known cause of massive lag. I think it script checks 10 times every second for every NPC in the area, or something stupid like that. Look for the updated version on these forums.
pringles89 Posted July 11, 2013 Posted July 11, 2013 your mod list looks a lot like one of the incarnations of oblivion i used to run that was also very laggy. one thing i can think of off top of my head for difference between female/male may be female specific hi rez textures (face, body, even clothes), so maybe try lower rez if you happen to be using 4096 you may consider trying a systematic disabling of single or groups of mods to try to narrow down the culprit (s), and maybe improve performance in general. first group of mods to try may be colourwheel's as someone mentioned already, mods by vipcxj, including both high heels and hair/eye (i enjoyed vipxcj mods, but for some reason they always gave me a lot of errors in console and maybe lag and i ended up switching to pem changemod for hair/eye) not sure how many total companions you have, but maybe disabling cm partner mods may help for me Apachii_Goddess_Store.esp seemed to have caused lag i think my oblivion was beyond salvage, so the approach i ended up taking was a fresh install of oblivion and slowly adding back the mods that i really wanted.

Sadly before I managed to get Lovers W PK to work with Personality Idles (which is hard to do) I will do it again . But now I think I got it fixed. Sadly this was my own mod. Thank goodness it was unreleased. What I did is I made some heels compatible with VipcxJ high heels and ended up with a culmination of mods had 8 of them running. So not only did I cancel those because my Totoko City includes the mod master in it (by accident) so I was able to cancel out some the 6 versions of the original I had lol. It speed up a bit and then my Sunshine bikini mod also had it and those lagged me like crazy it is fixed and before public release. Thank you all very much . Now I need to use the bash when I restart PC and temporarily put Oblivion back in Programfiles86 xD. -HappySparkles
Poontank Posted July 11, 2013 Posted July 11, 2013 I'm also not to keen on the VipCxj mods because of their scripts constantly running in the background. Sure, I love using the hair/eye system, but most of the time - just like the RHH system - I have it deactivated when I don't need it. That 'Pose Extend System' seemed too much of a hassle to me to ever try it out. Initially I was very interested in the mod, I even commented full of anticipation back when VipCxj posted a preview screenshot. But when I finally downloaded the thing I was utterly baffled by the readme. Snusmumriken's 'Integrated Poses' system had the same effect on me. So I keep on using poses the traditional way. It's a good idea to have only a few pose mods active at any given time. Before you start taking pictures, select two or three pose mods for this session and specifically activate those. All the others should be inactive and hidden. In Wrye Bash, deactivate on one or more pose mods, right-click on them and select 'Hide'. They will be moved to a folder named 'Hidden' and stop cluttering your mod list. Maybe make a sub-folder in there named 'Pose Mods'. To get them back, right-click on the mod list's 'Files' header bar and select 'Unhide'. This will let you browse to the folder where all those inactive hidden mods are stored. Gerra6 once said having too many pose mods active at the same time can cause problems because of the tokens they add. Ever since then I only have about five such mods active at best.

Very little fiddling needed to make it work. I have been using it for years without a problem, lag, or anything but sheer joy and happiness. VipCxj Hair Eye Extender is how old? Mr. PerfectionCat updated his mod a couple days ago. His English is non-existant, but his mods are sheer bloody poetry once once you figure them out. Poontank Posted July 12, 2013 Posted July 12, 2013 Alright, I'm going to give this mod a try. I'm willing to try out anything that improves usability and functionality. VipCxj's mod sure has its shortcomings and issues. Having it installed for ages I got somewhat used to that rather clunky and not too user-friendly system. Better handling of NPC hairstyles would indeed be a welcome feature. What always bothered me about VipCxj's system is the one-directional item selection for NPCs. While player character hair selection goes in both directions, there seems to be no way to go back to previous hairstyles when using the 'change hair on touch' spell. Maybe I just never found out how to go back. But it might well be such a function is just not implemented, forcing the user to switch through all available hairstyles to eventually get to a previous hair again. So I've downloaded Perfectioncat's mod and will finally replace VipCxj's system for good. Thank you for the recommendation, Gary!

There was a really nice tutorial that I found to fix it as the ones on the thread provide it did not fix it for my settings. Maybe this will work for yours too? Edit: I really did not want to pick any as solved so I picked the first one who mentioend Vipcjx being an issue. I also decline to use my "fix" as the solution as it was through a guide and it seems rather egotistical for me to choose my own posting as a solution. I hope it is OK ><. Also please give the mod another chance with this and see, maybe this version works as it has minor changes that may suite your needs, personally my version was running at a crawls pace .
