So...I mentioned it up top but I got really curious about Final Fantasy Followers. Which ones do we know exist and actually work?

Ideally I would like to have the cast of Final Fantasy 7 - 13 as followers but I don't know how many of them are actually out there.

About the Aerith Clothes, you could use Ultimate Follower Overhaul Mod to just give an Follower the Clothes.

I was toying around in RaceMenu the other day as I (once again) gave my argonian a makeover. It was then I realised that this particular beast race doesn't get a whole lotta love mod-wise :c This is unfortunate as they are my favorite.. I guess I'm wondering if there are any mods out there where some ambitious fellow has figured out how to re-position horns/feathers to create completely new hairstyles and such. Or add feathers to different parts of the body (like elbows and forearms). Or at least something that gives argonians facial piercings. I would put in the man-hours to do this but when it comes to the 3d stuff? Clueless is an understatement. Bums me out because it is a real shame the argonians don't get the mod spotlight every once in a while seeing how unique they are.

 

Well Lemon, i don't know if there are any new 'hornstyle' or feathers out for Argonian's, but there are many argonian mods out to make them look more polished, or interesting. Im a fan of the beast races my self, even if i don't play them often, and have alot of mods for both, so when i see one i can enjoy it more. I'd be interested in new horn and feather styles too! So good luck :3 and i hope someone comes out with one soon. Is there a mod that adds more character generation options?  I don't mean an alternate beginning, but just more hair options and colors.  For example, if I were to make a certain Dark Elf, is there a mod that allow for skin color changing to make a dark elf brown rather than gray?  Yes, I know that I can just use wood elf with darker skin, but her story says Dark Elf, and I intend to maintain canon as much as possible.  Regardless, she only has 1 ponytail.  However, vanilla hairstyles for women only have 2-ponytail hairstyles.  While I understand that certain hairstyles cannot fit the game, the fact is that male elves can have a single ponytail.  There is even at least 1 male dark elf NPC that has one!

 

Now, I know that elves typically have gaunter faces than humans, and dark elves and wood elves are within reasonable limits, why is it that high elves are extremely gaunt?  And more importantly, why can I change it?  I recall back in Oblivion that face width could be adjusted fairly easily.  How do I do it here?  In none elf related news, is there a mod that simply allows for more free hair color control?  For example, if I want my character to have purple hair, regardless of race, it should be my right. 

 

While I am impressed at all the different types of war paint, I'm amazed that the simpler styles were not used.  For example, if I just wanted 2 paint "slashes" over the eyes, there should be a mod for that, right?  Also, are all of these hair and face features dependent on race?  For example, if I got a race from a mod, will that race get all the hair options that I previously described?

So i had the crazy idea to play as monk in skyrim. Using only quarterstaffs and unarmed combat, the staffs i have.. but i'm looking for unarmed combat animations.

 

Nothing perkwise, only animations if possible, i found this one here so far http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/50416 but thats just for kicks and i'm actually looking more for some fistwork.

 

TBH, I don't think there is a single fist-based unarmed animation. I've seen about three of them, but they all keep the same awkward punching that Beth has, while adding in kicks and such. You'd think that someone would have made some punches. I think this is the closest I've seen that involved fists and didn't directly use Beth's animations.

 

 

 

Alright, so im wondering if someone could help me with two things!

 

1) Im looking for good looking male followers / marriable. I'd like something that hasb balanced skills, nothing over powered D: because i will be using this follower as a travel companion most of the time. 2) Im looking for something that will round out the faces of the elves a tad. Something plush, i use racemenu and have no plans of changing to ECE. If you want rehauled Vanilla elves, best I can really say is Ethereal Elven Overhaul combined with SG Textures/Coverwomen should produce fine elves.

 

If you want an elven-like race then there's just the ears you can pop onto any character, (though in certain quests like Markath's uh thing... and going to jail expect them to be unequipped) Nouserheres Ears

Or actual races like Cute Elves

 

But uh, I also had a request, does anyone know of any companions/etc that will turn you into a Vampire Lord, or is there only the main Dawnguard quest? I know there's console commands, but I don't like using console for things related to actual gameplay, especially since it might break something. Granted I don't have much desire to play the DG quest again, I could at least deal with it til Harkon. So that I may, once again, assume the mantle of the Vampire Lord.

Well Vyers, your first step to extra coloration is going to be either ECE [ which alters your character's faces on it's own] and Racemenu, i use Racemenu because it is just a smoother UI for the creation skin, and adds color control, and some alternate 'body' warpaints. [note these paints are not for your character's face] As for if you want more hairs, and so forth, try Apachihairs if you haven't already heard of it, and a more lore friendly hair mod that adds about five hair styles -just- hit the Steam Workshop. and it has some nice hair styles i think.

 

As for more Warpaints, that will take you some digging, but yes, there are many many warpaint mods out there from simple to complex things. and if you want more nice skin textures, i suggest SG Skin for females, i think it also has minor effects on males too but not 100% sure. As for that, just look around, you won't find all your looking for in one mod pack, but the mods that are out there are simple, and easy to understand once you get them down :3 good luck, and if you need more help ask of course!

As for you Shinnku, i have all of what you have listed, including Nouserhere's ears. And as for the 'cute elf' race, they aren't that cute to me, or appealing for that matter. Their features are to rough, and have some odd looking maps. I thank you for the reply, but i already have 'fine elves', im looking for something more like this

With features more like these. For everything else i prefer what i have, all i want is the smoothness with the jaw line and the plushness with the cheeks. But it seems unless i do it myself, [which i have no knowledge of] i won't be finding anything like this for now. Which is sad to say, but fine polish on the elves i have isn't that bad, i was just looking for something to rid myself of the 'hollow' cheek. But again thank you!

 

[Edit]: To correct myself, get these features without ECE, which i may end up switching to even though i don't want to!! ngh

Like Overlordnim said, grab ECE for skin, which will let you use a palette slider, make anything under the rainbow. Not sure if you want this extension for it as well or not.

For ponytails, I literally just went through the same thing, finding myself not liking the already 200ish hairstyles and just wanting a simple ponytail and found this. Ponytail Hairstyles Hopefully some of them has something along the lines of what you're seeking.

 

The warpaints, you are right, I haven't seen a simple eye slash, but the closest I've seen are the ones from this pack, But if you are familiar with Ulquiorra from Bleach, then that's pretty much what you're getting, not quite like your image, but hopefully someone else has something closer.

Yeah, that Ulquiorra war paint also has a bone marking along the slashes...  And is apparently male exclusive.  Also, is ECE face only, or can it affect hair, as well (deciding between ECE and racemenu)?  Similarly, is it only for face only, or can it make high elf faces at least marginally less gaunt?  In either case, it works for all races, not just vanilla ones, correct?

I use Racemenu and i know that you can use any male or female tattoo and\or warpaint on any character (atleast all the ones i tested). However, there can be some clipping issues to look out for. For example i use male Henna overlay tattoos on my female character but there is a slight amount of clipping on her hips. You can see what i'm talking about on these edited shots below, even with the small blotches on her (front) hips i have been happy enough to leave it as is my entire play through. I would recommend Racemenu over ECE but that's just my preference. I have been told thought that if you plan on making and elf(ish) looking character that ECE is the way to go, but for almost any other character  Racemenu is the most convenient choice.

I don't care if I can't get on them. I would just like to see something up there. Does anyone know of a mod that puts moving airships in the air? (Trainwiz's transportato mod has ships on water, but he already said no to making airships. )

I'm searching for a Sephiroth playermodel, I haven't found him anywhere (in .nif format).

Is there otherwise a clear tuto to rig models on Blender somewhere and how to export it properly ? 

Or someone who knows how to do it and want to share his experience with us ?

And how to import .obj models without holes also with Blender. ^^

If I understand how to do that, I'll try, even if it isn't perfect, and share it with you of course,

The best way I think for modellers (not me because I don't know how to process) :

There is the Fantasy Mod (Oblivion mod) also without copyrights from LordMaddog http://www.nexusmods.com/oblivion/mods/10416/?

If someone knows how to convert it to Skyrim it'll be fine.

There's just a little skin texture problem in it (Sephiroth's head and body skin have a different color but we can modify that).

Try LSAR (little sexy armor replaceer). You get to choose what it replaces (clothing, light armor, heavy armor), how skimpy/revealing it is and it gives you a shout to blow the skirts up if you like. Pretty cool mod actually. And it's for multiple body types.
