I just switched from UFO to AFT and it is mostly a big improvement BUT followers' default clothing has come back, since I have lost the 'you could dress better' command. AFT does not seem to have a command to make followers naked (unless I have missed something), so my request/question is:

 

how can I make followers naked by default? A mod? A console tweak? Any help much appreciated.

First, let me answer my own question by saying the answer was under my nose ("unequip all"). Now let me answer yours. I too have resisted switching from UFO to AFT for about a year. Boy, have I wasted a year. AFT is fantastic. Much less buggy than UFO (which is why I switched), fewer crashes, and so much more immersion, especially with the player idles. Plus you can build camp (or get your followers to do it) anywhere, and they at once go into appropriate idles. They change clothes when entering a city or a home, and (this is the best bit) you can recruit anyone. Anyone. AFT is another world. Like a completely new game. You should switch today!

 

Easy to install and run too.

There are three big follower mods out there, UFO, AFT and EFF. UFO is the most complex of them, and maybe delivers the most features, but as more complex a mod is as more possibilities for incompatibilities, load order issues or general issues concerning stableness. 

 

I guess people just realize, that most of them do not need all those features and are looking for smaller mods with just basic features. I made the switch from UFO to EFF and Convenient Horses a long time ago and I never regretted it. EFF is supported and stable, delivers the basic features I expect from a follower mod (outfit control for suppressing vanilla outfits and for choosing own combat and "sleep/home" outfits, combat styles, residence control, aggression control, importance settings etc.) and the mod does not touch possible conflicting things like forcing/integrating Serana, who has her own unique and changing (depends on quest stage) following script, into another artificial mod follower script. It does not have the "recruit everybody as a follower" option as AFT has one, but this is actually ok for me, because I want to leave that vanilla anyways. Alone the available female followers in vanilla Skyrim, I have upgraded by "beautification mods" in such a way, when I collect more than a dozen of them, I will CTD by breaking through the 3.1 GB limitation anyways, even indoors :-)

 

...but the most annoying ever was horse handling and horse control in UFO...oh man how easy is that by using Convenient Horses in addition to EFF.

 

UFO is one of those mods, where the modder maybe just overloaded his mod with too many features only to please all his fans. At a certain limit it's just wiser to say "No, won't happen".

Not much if you leave the scripts in or start a new game. The reason some are switching from UFO is that it has some compatibility issues with some mods. I ran across a few that were incompatible with it.  Some advantages are compatibility (EFF is supposedly the most compatible), AFT is the only one that allows the followers to switch into WW or VL when your character does if I'm not mistaken, and the character turning followers into WW, vampire, or VL but also suffers the same incompatibility issues or more than UFO.

Pinup Poser (http://mod.dysintropi.me/pinup-poser-s/) does have a pose like that, but I couldn't for the life of me tell you where it is at in all those pose lists. Since most of them are random, and I haven't seen a pose list for the latest version, you'd have to go through them and check for yourself sorry.

I'd say it's Other Poses 2 (the kneeling ones) number 45 but there are several other poses that look similar.

Is anybody good at adding Ninode to a Skeleton nif. Cuz i tried and it end up as CTD.  So can some please add the SOS UNP nodes to this skeleton please.  skeleton_femalewithSOSnodes.nif is the file with node number 90 Ninode please add it to skeleton_female_addnodestothis.nif.  Like i siad i tried it end up CTD the game.

Just curious if anyone has adapted the Bs Bondage set armor made by Kurese http://oblivion.nexusmods.com/mods/31239//? into Skyrim using the CBBE body? If it hasn't is it possible someone could do such?

I'm pretty sure all three of those are included in Alan's BBP Armor Pack: http://www.loverslab.com/topic/6377-updated-923alans-bbp-armor-pack-22-english-version-by-alan/

 

Only the belt outfit and the chained outfit are referred to as "Bondage" gear in-game though, the last one's called something else.

this is a mod idea to see about cutting out all the hassle it takes in to getting bbp or tbbp and the real looking gen's for all the well known body modes out there so that way you don't have to fiddle with them here and there and so that why you can just install them all in one and go so like have a mode that's a all in one like (cbbe tbbp/bbp realy gen v1.w/e) or (cbbe++bbp/tbbp real gen v1.w/e) or (unp bbp/tbbp real gen v1.w/e)

 

so that way all you have to do is go throu a install screen like the cbbe mod when you install it that it lets you click what tickers you want for each thing and then your done no makein shere or going throu an instalin each thing and then hoppeing that you got it right and haven to redo it over and over cuz idk about you but some times with me it takes me days some times of redoing things over and ever agin and hopin its right

 

ps and to make shere it still works for every ones favret armor mod packs or what not

I'm looking for the highest quality highest resource demanding body mod and skin, face, eyes, and hair. Anyone? Remember, popular vs. best arguement, so no CBBE please.

you're doing it to you simply, no one can know what is best for you personally. you have to find out for yourself what is best for you!

 

I agree.

 

It's a matter of taste, some mods have really well made color maps, but disgusting normal maps and no or boring specular maps. Some other normal maps might be compatible to certain color maps of other body texture mods, some not. Some mods have awesome maps for everything, but they do not fit to the bodyshape model you might want to use.

 

If you are only a user who can't make or convert stuff by yourself by photoshop, gimp and nifscope you are pretty dependant on the body shape model, aka body meshes you choose and the free available texture support this body mod will have. Btw texture resolution isn't unimportant, but there is no rule as higher the resolution as better.

 

...and although you don't wanne hear it:

 

CBBE for bodies!

 

- high resolution 4k pictures where you are able to watch single pores on goosbumps

- the body shape of my taste, individually adjustable by bodyslide and - even better - by bodyslide CB++

- best supported body shape at all, dozens of mods for armors, body textures, normal maps, tattoos etc. and most of them with BBP support and at

  some lesser degree even TBBP support

-TexBlend, a priceless tool for the photoshop and nifscope noobs among us users, to add pubic hairs, tattoos, nipple colors etc.

 

...and Apachii SkyHair (the 1.3 female only version) for me. Reason: I want a large range of cool looking hair styles, as larger as better and I actually choose hairstyles that do not cover the ears, so my earrings show up too (I recommend this mod for jewelry and earrings: skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/39959/?) and Apachii delivers this, in loads, simple as that.

 

...but if you want to be special while having no idea about making or converting stuff by yourself, good luck though :-)

 

Maybe the most popular body model is not only the most popular, because people are lemmings (they are to a degree I admit), but maybe the people have brains to think about it and eyes to look at it :-)

I don't know that your going to get an answer you like... I personally prefer CBBE because of the options for clothing I mean your question seems a bit to narrow. For a body mesh eyes face skin mods it is all about preferances and well popular vs best is kind of mute there is no "best" and well popular tends to be what people prefer. Now if your only asking for whatever has the highest res/texture options well don't those come from texture packs separate from the mesh thus allowing whatever option you choose to be the highest so long as you get the right texture pack? Also hair and eyes well back to best vs popular being kind of mute because of personal preferance I mean do you want some hair/eyes that looks like absalute shit just because it is super high res or do you want ones that looks nice even though they aren't so insanly detailed only your PC with the most powerful graphics card out there can fully show. I'm actually fine with vannila eyes by the way and I chose ApachiiSkyhair. While Popular may not always be the best it is what most people Think is the best so asking most people to answer other wise is also...

There is not. But, you can find some of the armors separately for UNP/UNPB. Just depends on which ones are your favorites and which ones you are looking for.
