Using the wayback machine, aka web.archive.org, it appears it was removed all the way back in July 2015 from public access, removed for moderator review which is not a good sign. I saw no trace of for327 being the author, but Cethegus.  However, neither name appears in Nexus Mods or outside.   Except finding this thread in a google search for for327.
