bleedybleed Posted May 29, 2022 Author Posted May 29, 2022 Found the culprit. It's DD escape overhaul. It was deactived in MCM, but dialogue still showed - Think that's what threw me off ? Any NPC would pretty much 100% unlock any device anytime. Thank you all for replies
