Why Am I seeing  Red Triangle with an Exclamation Mark ! when i get some object on my Char"  Anyone iam all ear`s  or eye``s

RED ! with triangle is always missing mesh.

I recently had this issue. for me it seems to have been the static mesh improvement mod, where I selected too conservative.

Actually the cause for me seemed to be file corruption due to a faulty drive. I resolved it, but it's Linux specific. you can read about it here.
However, on any OS, if you suspect something like this is the case, compare CRC32 from your files with those in your downloaded mods.

The red triangle (actually a parallelogram) is caused by a missing mesh as has been stated. Whether the mesh is missing due to hardware problems is beside the point.
