Hands clip through boobs with poses/animations? (BHUNP)

If I use any animation or pose that touches boobs, the hands just go through them like they aren't there. This has always been the case for me though. How do people get that to work? For instance there's a gero animation pose where she pulls her hands up her chest but the boobs get clipped through.

 

Is it pose specific or something? I want something like in the BHUNP description page:

Did you apply the BHUNP too the clothes and body? even armor setup? I know but it take long while but worth it.

There's no documentation that I'm aware of, so trial-n-error is probably the way to go. It helps to have the source code available too.
