HOOK5 TEXTURES

i got a werid problem everytime i create girl from hook5 textures after i created, just launch a room game keep in black screen for couble of second than game crashs alot at any map even at normal once not only hook 5 rooms

and when i checked mainfx_errors it always sayed that

and i really tried everything and i'm sure about folders and files everything is right and at correct place
