Hello, I wanted to make this mod compatible with the Lustful Void mod, but it seems like the little guide the author of Lustful Void made is too basic for your Portrait mod.

 

Any chance you can make a compatibility patch?

I am having an issue to where when I download the mod and install it into the mod file in the paradox  interactive folder and I open up stellaris and check the mods Lewd Galaxy doesn't even pop up as it being downloaded so I can't add it.

After you download the mod, extract it into a folder on your desktop and then drag the contents into the mod folder. It for some reason works every time when I have an issue like that.

I think it has to do with the way mods work with the latest update. I went to common\species_classes and changed the 00/01 part of the filenames to something else and now they work. However, I'm also using Calcifire's portrait pack and now that one's broken.

 

EDIT: just checked the wiki, and you have to make a new species class/archetype (human/mammal/avian/etc)

Hope this mod will get updated soon as it now after game patch 3.7 crashed the game wen trying to load into the game, i love the portraits this mods adds so i hope it gets fixed soon!

FYI due to portrait file fuckery by Paradox and this mod being out of date, it creates the glitch where machine empires are stuck being gestalt even with the Machine Age DLC enabled.

If possible, could you, or anyone else explain how to do this? I want to make sure I don't break anything further. I know the "changing the name" thing was something you randomly did, but it didn't work for me, so I assume the actual solution would work, though I'm not exactly sure how to do it.

It may be very simple, and I'm just being dumb, but it might also help some other people on here looking for answers.

I'm encountering an error when creating an empire with these portraits where the 'machine' portraits allow me to pick machine traits for the pops, but doesn't automatically flag the "machine" trait, so I can't create a Machine Intelligence. If I select one of the standard machine portrait sets, it adds the "machine" trait, but then when I select one of the machine portrait sets from this mod, it flags the "Machine" trait as invalid.
