EDIT/UPDATE AFTER FURTHER RESEARCH:

Rektas gives Ravelent credit for many of his/her screenshots. It is a Ravelent character as shown on that Patreon site. Also, if you look at Ravelent's screen-archery image thread on Nexus, about a dozen people (I'm only slightly exaggerating ) have asked for this redhead as a preset and Ravelent has not responded to any of them, which is a clear "no" but does not permit argument because it is not an explicit refusal.

I do not think these character is made by Ravelent. I think it s made by someone called Alexander Yarl on twitter

I haven't seen anything with that particular facial structure, sadly.

Therefore, to me, the face has some similarity to CoralineKorlina's follower mods which just released a few weeks ago. The oldest is about 6 weeks old.  None are redheads (so far) but if you're looking for a follower with some light freckles under the eyes it looks really, really similar to these two:
