Skyrim Superior Posted July 6, 2013 Posted July 6, 2013 Hello. This outfit mod has an extra 'textures' folder, so my question is. What is that 'textures' folder for, which is located at 'Data/textures/clothes/bandit' (also isn't it that the 'bandit' folder's file path suppose to be in the 'armor' folder)? DOWNLOAD, if anyone wants to help me to check it out. Thanks.
Skyrim Superior Posted July 7, 2013 Author Posted July 7, 2013 · Hidden by DoctaSax, July 8, 2013 - No reason given Hidden by DoctaSax, July 8, 2013 - No reason given Hello. This mod has an extra 'textures' folder and missing a conversion for the Redguard Boots, so my questions are. What is that 'textures' folder for, which is located at 'Data/textures/clothes/bandit' (also isn't it that the 'bandit' folder's file path suppose to be in the 'armor' folder)? Is there a UNP conversion mod for the Redguard Boots out there? Because the vanilla Redguard Boots seem to be kind of buggy on UNP body, somehow there's a part of the boots goes invisible. DOWNLOAD[1][2], if anyone wants to help me to check it out. Thanks. Bump.

Skyrim Superior Posted July 9, 2013 Author Posted July 9, 2013 Please leave a reasonable time between bumping a thread. People will answer if and when they can. - I only bump when it got to the back page, so if that's not reasonable enough. What is, then? You guys never put up any rules about it, so how should I know. That is a mod from the Nexus. Post over at the nexus for help with it and not here. - Yes, I know of it. But, can you please try to look at the "POSTS" section? My question has been sitting there unanswered, so I was hoping someone from here can answer it ASAP. If you guys don't like me bumping, why not just help me out and check it? I just want to know what does the files in that 'bandit' folder do, that's all.

kingkong Posted July 22, 2013 Posted July 22, 2013 you need to be clear with your question and think about people that do not need to go download anything to understand half of it and especialy have no internet connected directly to the brain 24/24 and not connected to LL 24/24. and i realy do not understand your bump thing. As for the textures they need to be in textures folder no matter the name of of the folder inside you just need to prcise to the file.nif the path. (it is more a need for sorting)
Koko.Hekmatyar Posted July 22, 2013 Posted July 22, 2013 OK just for the record no bandit armor is under clothes I opened the Skyrim Textures BSA file to be sure. This mod was obviously set up to be NMM compatible hence the file paths. I'd say the reason the mod has a textures file is because the author edited the vanilla textures of the bandit armor so he has to add them or else the modifications wouldn't show in game
Bootaka Posted July 22, 2013 Posted July 22, 2013 Short answer, because that is the texture path he used when he created the armors. Long answer, opened the bandit.nifs, looked at texture paths, points to textures\clothes\bandit\ +short answer question answered?
