By looks of the armor, I think it's a mashup of this tera armor's pauldron (http://static.skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/images/29411-3-1368373129.png) and the main outfit of Nia's outfit created by knoFear and ported by DS team or such but with the bikini retextured the same as the chainmail (http://skyrim.jpn.org/images/144/14445.jpg) The circlet is just the normal ingame one, however I'm not too sure on the actual choker and gloves. I think it's Eiries' Ohmes-Raht texture replacer, it was up on his/her blog a while ago. There's a link to it in a post in the "What mod is this" thread back in February http://www.loverslab.com/topic/2861-what-mod-is-this/page-1000?do=findComment&comment=321057 . EDIT: I think it's only for UNP, since it looks pretty messed up on the CBBE body I'm using.
