Sex Animations 100% Disabled

I'm new to Wicked Whims and I've been having this issue with not just the default sex animations but the added ones as well. Other animations work like "Watch Porn" but anything that has two sims is completely locked out for me. I've checked the settings as well to see if I have anything disabled in-game but there's nothing. The pictures are from a completely new save and I've done nothing to the settings, all default. I've gone through the Common Mistakes and everything's in order but still nothing. I really appreciate any input.

 

Edit: When I tell them to have sex, it's near a bed but it still says "0 sex locations available nearby"

Make sure you've downloaded plenty of Animations too as the more you have the better chances of Sims finding a location.
