Mods for building transgender sims?

I'm looking for a mod that allows you to create transgender and intersex sim bodies - for example, you could create a trans man by editing a male sim to have a vagina instead of a penis, etc. I swear this was a feature of an old sims 3 mod I used to use, and was therefore rather surprised it isn't a feature of WW.

I've made trans men with only the base game's custom gender settings (if you haven't used those much, check out the Sims 4 Gender Guide's "Gender Guide (for CAS)"), plus Wicked Whims and MCCC. I'm not sure if either of those mods are even necessary tbh (I'd have to tinker around to figure that out, and I'm too busy/lazy at the moment lol). I'm less familiar with making trans women. I have one, but she's for a brand new save that I'm still setting up and haven't actually played yet.

 

For nude skins with original plumbing, there are probably more options out there but these are the links I have on hand:

  • One version has a penis and testicles; one version has a penis, a vagina, and no testicles (From the pics, it looks like the vagina usually isn't visible. So this might also work for a trans woman who's had an orchiectomy – not perfect, but closer than any other options I know of.)

Wicked Whims have this functionality, go into the Wicked Menu for the sim, and choose anatomy and role, and choose what genitals you want the sim to have. It get's a little complicated after that, as for example the penis of a sim with a female frame will not be textured, instead you have to set that with tattoos, but otherwise they will be functionally trans, i.e. the game will recognise them as female, but they will still have a penis. Don't forget to set "this sim can not get pregnant" (if you want to go for realism) in CAS.

 

This thread, where you can download some trans sims also has a pretty good guide on how you would go setting them up. I ran into this myself recently as I played with trans sims for the first time, so you can refer to my questions to the creator at the end of the thread for some help in how you go about setting up the sims.

Thank you both for taking the time to reply! I didn't notice the base games functionality when making my sim after picking the game back up recently, sounds great!

Very helpful resources. Although I noticed WW was only letting me select parts based on the sims gender, i.e. only penises for men.
