Recommended mod for faster cell reset

I play with timescale 6 and actually need a mod or edit for reduced cell resets. Otherwise i get dead bodies all over Skyrim while im only 2 days in game time.

All these mods show up when you look for the word "respawn". And all do the same record edits. You could make your own plugin in xEdit by editing the iHoursToRespawnCell, iHoursToRespawnCellCleared records (in Game Setting).

Thanks i assume it also gets rid of ash piles?

Ash piles and other remains are a bit weird, but they should be cleaned after a cell reset (if you're using USSEP? I think ash piles were addressed in an official patch and the Unofficial patch made the fix for ghostly/ice wraith remains)). But I've seen there is this mod still around and people find it useful. I haven't used it myself but you could give it a try.
