32 bit HDT SMP standalone

I want to make an LE conversion of my mod but I'm confused about the 32 bit version of HDT SMP. All the googling I did turned up mods that use it but never the plugin itself, unless it's bundled into another mod somewhere. Does there exist a standalone version of the 32 bit SKSE plugin? As an aside, do SMP configs made for the SE plugin work with the LE version?

yes.

 

Caveats are LE supports 300 Nodes but SSE only supports 80 per mesh, and the base controller file needs to be configured to your PC's specs.
