Zindith Posted April 15, 2022 Posted April 15, 2022 Hello all, I'm currently looking for some recommended mods to turn my Fallout 4 play through into vast wasteland where there's nothing but women, and maybe some androids to some extent. I already have a couple of the necessary mods like CBBE, F4SE, and a couple of clothing mods. But what I'm looking for are some recommendations for the sex mods, mods for futa girls, sexy armor mods, power armor mods that are less bulky or at the very least nicer looking. Weather you upload a list of mods you recommend, or just a couple, any and all help is very much appreciated! I'm just basically looking for things to spice up my all girl play through. On a side note, I would use AWKCR mod, and the Sexy Transparent Zip Suit mod, The former mod has been crashing my game, causing the game to not load, or causing other mods to not work properly. And yes I have made sure to narrow the cause of the problem, and it was AWKCR causing all of those problems, not a mod load order, not a mod conflicting error, or corruption error either. Now with the latter mod, the heels would always clip through the ground, even with the other mod that was supposed to fix all heel clipping errors. I did everything I could to prevent this from happening, making the presets, loading them correctly, making sure the outfit was saved so it would remember the correct height. But nothing worked. So at this point I'll take other options, and TBH I'll take options like heels that can be put with any outfit and not attached to one outfit. I personally do not like all in one outfits, IMO it limits the ability to customize your character's looks.
Sgt. Marge Posted April 15, 2022 Posted April 15, 2022 You don't need awkcr to use the zipsuit if you use the most recent version. My advice is to avoid awkcr and use Equipment Crafting Overhaul with the xEdit script "Complex Item Sorter". As for adult mods, they are nearly all listed in Saya's guide, "AAF Fucking Manual". If you are going to use AAF make sure you follow this thing closely. Read the whole thing, install the mods in the order specified, etc. Watch out for the section on which mods to avoid. Make *sure* Buffout is installed correctly. If you crash, you should be getting a crash log written to your hard drive. I wish I had good news about futa / trans mods, there's maybe 2 and if it was me I would go with Futa FEV. It's not perfect, and in order to get captive tattoos working you need to edit an xml file. You may want to read through the entire support thread for Futanari FEV, because like I said it has some drawbacks. you get registered as a male in AAF in order for the animations to work, which means your voice changes. There's supposedly a way to fix it, but there's no solid directions for it. My advice if you go this route is to also lean on the AAF discord if you have questions. As for sexy armor mods, you won't have to look very far for those. I know you said you are going with CBBE, but you can check out the FusionGirl Conversion Thread as the majority of the armor mods converted are from CBBE first. So you can get links back to the original mods which tend to have CBBE Bodyslide files. I know there's MTO (Male Takeover) which turns all the NPC's male, but I don't remember if I've seen one that does the opposite. However if you can't find one, This mod Beautiful Female Enemy's has a side effect of turning all the enemy raiders female apparently. Also you can check my files, I have a mod that turns all the guards in Diamond City into females. Also as for heel height, I think there's a way to just put a text file in somewhere? This thread seems to be talking about it.
Varithina Posted April 15, 2022 Posted April 15, 2022 There is this mod, femout but not too sure how well it works now as it is quite old, and you may well need to make patches for various stuff as it is not a script like the skyrim se version is. https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/26098

I've never heard of this. Is this mod like the mod that allows you to make body presets so heels and other things no longer clip through the ground? Or does it do more then just fix clipping/overlapping errors caused by mods/modded clothing and other such mods? My question is: If I only say install 2-5 mods from the list, do I still need to follow the mod loading order? Or is that only for specific mods and such? Also would you recommend installing Buffout no matter what, or that's not absolutely needed? Now with the whole FEV, Futa mod thing. Still looking into it. I'll have to decide on weather I'm gonna use it or not. TBH I haven't had much luck with Fallout 4 mods recently. Been having a lot or problems. Mainly compatibility, or mods not working as advertised and nothing I do ever seems to fix the issue(s). So I wanna do as much research as I can to make sure I can use this mod. Thanks for suggestion though. As for the older mod, that's where a LOT of my issues come from, are from older mods with little to 0 support/updates. Think I'll stay clear of anything that's too old. But thank you none the less for the suggestion! On 4/14/2022 at 9:21 PM, Marg597 said: As for sexy armor mods, you won't have to look very far for those. A lot of those mods do not have an option to use CBBE or FusionGirl. 4. I know nothing about FusionGirl, or how to fix it if something goes wrong. But TBH if you'd suggest it and/or it would make modding easier in FO4 cause of compatibility reasons or overall modding and stuff, then I'd give it serious thought. As for turning every NPC into a female, I'll have to look I guess, thanks though!

Yes, you still need to follow the load order in Saya's guide Or else your adult mods probably won't work correctly. Join the AAF discord if you need help getting it to work. We can also help you with other issues there if you want. Yes, you must use buffout. It's not really an option. Shit is going to crash if you don't install that properly. (Like the famous crash when going into the perk menu) Older mods can be perfectly fine, it really depends on what it is. I've got some from 2015/2016 in my loadout that work well. But yes, you may find a problem with every mod you use. Some problems might be personal preference, but others might be bugs. It's just the nature of modding. It took me months of fiddling and testing in between playing to get where I am now, which is so far a level 12 character with no crashes. The key is to lean on Buffout crash logs, and use the Auto Scan or ask someone to scan it for you (but it doesn't take much to install Python for Windows and scan them yourself). FutaFEV.... feel free to try it out, but the thing that is supposed to change you back supposedly doesn't work right, and there are a few other little things. I only linked that conversion thread to give you CBBE outfit ideas. There's not really any good reason to switch from CBBE in my opinion. I've used both, and just recently switched back to CBBE. More fashion is a good choice.

(Like the famous crash when going into the perk menu) Alright thanks for all of the help, I'll keep looking through the mod list, see what I like/don't and what not. Now as for the mod load order, it kind of confuses me a bit. I'll admit I never manually loaded mods in order before. Either they where pre-ordered and everything worked out alright, or I copied a load order and was good to go. Now if anything did go wrong with the load order, it was usually an easy fix, just moving 1 mod up in load order. But since I haven't had to do this since the early FO4 modding days and back when I was running a MC server, might need some help. Speaking of which I'm assuming the link/invite to the AAF discord is on the AAF mod page? If not would you happen to know how I can get access to the discord? As for Buffout, guess I got no choice. IDK why, but I never liked the mod. Guess because it always gave me trouble before.

The Discord link is in the Disclaimer section at the top. The Buffout 4 install isn't really that bad if you are careful with the installation. Scroll down the page in Saya's guide and she gives very detailed instructions. Just take it slowly, 1 step at a time. It's actually a great mod, it also enables achievements and it fully replaces Baka Scrap Heap. Use Notepad ++ to edit the XML file. Also right below the video of Todd, be sure to "enable modding" in your ini file or several of your mods will not work including AAF. The main thing that causes people problems with installing these mods, is skipping requirements, and not reading everything. As long as you read everything, including the section about which mods to avoid, as well as the section on common problems and how to fix them, you should be good. And don't forget to read all the requirements for the other AAF mods you want to use, which are listed on their respective download pages.

I downloaded it but for some damned reason the Windows store stops me from opening it, and keeps referring me to Microsoft Office and will not let me open anything in Notepad++. IDK why this is happening either. I made sure it was downloaded, and works, but Windows keeps *Cock Blocking* meh from opening it! As for enabling modding, I honestly thought it was done by the F4SE when you downloaded it and ran the game to turn on F4SE, No? Cause in order to use any mods(Or so I thought, Honestly do not know much other then how to download them, install, run and fix common issues, ETC) you need modding enabled right? Correct me if I'm wrong though, like I said even though I've been modding for years, I'm still a noobie at it compared to a lot of you modders!
Sgt. Marge Posted April 17, 2022 Posted April 17, 2022 I think you have a whole separate problem going on there. A thread I just found talked about the Windows Store having an application called Notepad ++ which was *not* the same as the one I linked you. My advice would be to try uninstalling the Windows Store thing you have, and only install the one from the link. https://notepad-plus-plus.org/downloads/ ? The F4SE install alone is not enough. I honestly don't know why there isn't an easier way to handle this because it's probably the biggest thing people miss. I'm going to screen shot the relevant part of the guide for emphasis. Also if you already started a game without this change done, you may as well delete all those saves because they are beyond repair. After you add these lines, you'll need a new game save file.
