Good morning, afternoon or evening ^^ I proceed to explain myself.

 

Today I updated my game from version 1.82 to 1.86.166 (downloading the updated version of Wicked Whims, of course).
Lately the game is always giving me problems (it automatically disables mods every time I exit the game), and the solution I found was to delete the GameVersion. I did this, the game loaded with mods enabled and I played for several hours with no problems.

 

No problem, until I came up with the idea of installing two animation packs. When launching the game again to test those animations, an orange banner started to appear warning me that Wicked Whims was not running and that it had created a file named after the title of this post.

 

I thought it might be those two animation packs, so I took them out of the mods folder and put them on the desktop. I started the game... but the problem continues.

I also installed a mod to prevent jealousy, so I removed that from the folder as well. It didn't fix the problem either.

And I don't know what to do beyond trying to delete all my mods folder, leaving only Wicked Whims mod and check if being the mod only works or also gives problem.

 

(I guess I'll do this after I go to sleep, because in my house it's half past four in the morning...)

I am attaching the file you have created, in case it is of any help to help me find a solution. It's the first time that a mod gives me problems...

Remove Devious Desires to avoid further issues.

Both Devious Desires and likely Sims 4 Community Library are broken since you've updated the game and Wicked Whims.

As Husk mentioned above you need to remove them for now.

Make sure your other script Mods are also updated.

Always delete your localthumbcache.pkg in your TS4 folder when adding, removing, or updating Mods or the game itself.

I had the same problem. It was caused by Simdulgence simple piercing. I think it is from the script  change it makes for the penis,

I finally ended up releasing the Devious Desire mod, and now Wicked Whims works. It was a bit sad because I was used to using some DD functions... but, there is no other option.
