driver nephi Posted April 5, 2022 Posted April 5, 2022 (edited) do you hate it when nothing happens to your pc when killed, would anyone like a mod where you get killed a scene depicting the player character getting a bad end? 1.killed by raiders your corpse can be used as a form of decoration 2.killed by gunners they could hang your corpse at their outpost 3killed by super mutants your corpse is being made into a meal killed by wild and/or mutant creatures and feral ghouls your corpse will be eaten right on the spot where you died so what do you people think? give some ideas for such a mod Edited April 5, 2022 by driver nephi 5
howdoesthiswork Posted April 6, 2022 Posted April 6, 2022 I would love an alternate death mod similar to the knock-out framework mod, where instead of death your character gets knocked out or incapacitated and then the various sex mods play out. All mods I've seen have the surrender option, but I find it kind of unrealistic, as someone would likely prefer to fight to the death than willingly surrender to raiders or super mutants. 4
Oldwolf58 Posted April 6, 2022 Posted April 6, 2022 Yeah the alternate death would be nice and it would allow more use for torture devices, you get knocked out and wake up locked in stocks in the middle of a raider camp and are used for their enjoyment as well as beaten/tatoo'd sexually assaulted by the camp k-9s and put into devious devices ..... nipple clamps, arm binders etc. Or put on an xcross and whipped by gunners as payback for those you killed as well as being sexually assaulted/tatoo'd 1
VenomousOuroboros Posted April 9, 2022 Posted April 9, 2022 This already exists as a feature of AAFViolate, and was expanded upon in this EgoBallistic mod, but I do agree that it would be more... "impactful" (being conservative with my words here, read between the lines) to see some more drawn-out consequences. Are you familiar with the Meat Farm mod for Skyrim? It has a "bad ending", with the option to see how your character's body is used after the fact. Is that pretty close to what you meant? I, personally, think that @Oldwolf58 has the right idea. I use RSE:CSA's Abductions feature, but it always bugged me that Raiders, Gunners, and Super Mutants take someone captive, but still let them wander around the stronghold and scrounge up supplies. Seeing some harsh "re-education"/brainwashing and marking/transformation (a la Assimilation), but in a more perilous and malicious fashion really would add weight to this sort of situation. Question is, how hard is it to create such scenarios (or even expand on them)? I imagine it wasn't easy for Flashy/JoeR, building RSE:CSA up from scratch. 1

I know that it exists as a feature in AAFViolate, however, my understanding is that it exists only in the form of the PC surrendering to enemies. I don't find it very realistic that a female would surrender to raiders or super mutants. My idea was that the PC becomes incapacitated once HP hits 0 or after a certain threshhold (falls unconscious, is knocked down, etc), and then the rest plays out, rather than the PC surrendering first. If that makes sense?

If that makes sense? But the surrender isn't something that can only be initiated by the PC. Here's how my current system generally works with AAF Violate and Combat Strip Light (I took this idea from Vaultbait : Character gets hit, loses an article of clothing Repeat 4 times until Player is naked. Violate automagically detects my player has reached the threshold set for CSL stacks, and my character is forced to stand down. The AAF scene(s) begin My character is worn out and must flee the scene before the enemies decide to attack her again, usually at this point she has been dressed in a few devices including probably handcuffs so that she cant just start fighting again. There's also a built in cooldown from Violate for being able to heal with a stimpack etc. As for decorations, the best we have right now is the "Bad End" animations which last for as long as your AAF is set to have scenes last for. Or if you want something else after that, there's "Purgatory" (Which... I've never gotten sent to. I should increase the chance of that happening, probably.) But if you want something that feels more immersive, and includes an extra animation, or that forces your character to "ragdoll" on the ground first, then I can understand that you would indeed need a different mod to do that and I'm unaware of one that can currently. There would need to be either a new modder that is able to put something like this together or someone more seasoned. Unfortunately the number of modders currently willing to make adult mods for Fallout 4 is somewhat limited. Also, I agree with the other point made, for example during Raider Pet, when you can just wander around Corvega like a vacuum taking all their shit right in front of them with no repercussions. But you can also RP it with sneaking and pretend you are stealing it all. Otherwise someone would need to expand on Raider Pet, which might be a tenuous proposition. Edited May 10, 2022 by Sgt. Marge
Domino8511 Posted May 17, 2022 Posted May 17, 2022 would be fun to get eaten alive by mutants and have limbs pulled off and go into there hand, or get ripped apart by dogs as a corpse :)))

If that makes sense? Knockout Framework running alongside AAF Violate very nearly already works perfectly (just turn off all the surrender conditions in AAF Violate and enable the option to knock out the player instead of death in Knockout Framework). The only drawback is that both copies of the player's body are visible when being violated while knocked out, which feels like it should just take a small patch to hide the unconscious copy of the body during the violate scene. Or maybe point them at the same object? Dunno, never messed with modding Fallout 4 myself so I'm not sure which one is the clone and which is actually the player and how animations can be applied to each. Edited May 20, 2022 by NotBasileus

Hey there, Sorry, what I meant to say with that is the player controlled character willingly surrenders themselves (even if automatically after hitting the threshold). What I mean is that a female is probably going to be very unwilling to surrender to raiders or supermutants, and likely fight to the death rather than endure what would happen should they be captured. I understand that with current mods it can happen by itself after hitting certain thresholds (so not activated by the player themselves but automatically, e.g. if HP hits 5%), but in either case, the character "surrenders" themselves, and that's what I am trying to avoid, for immersion purposes. What I had in mind is basically once HP hits 0 (or whatever HP), the player is ragdolled (so "passing out"), then there's a fade to black, then AAF and everything else plays out as normal. So instead of the character surrendering themselves and begging for mercy (which is unlikely in the FO world, especially against raiders or supermutants), they're forcibly taken. I've never used them together. However, the two copies of the character would be immersion breaking for me personally. I have just written another comment with what I had in mind: basically, when HP hits a threshold (e.g. 5%, or 0%), the player is ragdolled (knocked-out), fade to black, then AAF and the rest plays out. Shame about the unconscious copy though, otherwise that would have been the perfect solution! 1

My question would be - are you just looking for violate (+ bad end), but with a different surrender animation. IDK which animation you would replace @EgoBallistic but you could probably replace the surrender animation with a knockdown animation in the Creation Kit and get the effect you look for. Ragdoll might be harder. I don't know for sure, but I would guess that the game engine is weird about when it can ragdoll the player, and how the game runs after player death. At best, maybe there are left over pieces from the 'paralyze' spell effect from Skyrim? You could probably kludge together a spell effect that happens when violate is triggered. Maybe will need you to edit a few scripts though. Worst case, if you are ok messing with scripts, you could set up violate and mod the script to black out the screen when the violate is triggered on the player. I think that will play a little bit odd though. Edited December 2, 2022 by Gray User 1
squidwardd Posted December 2, 2022 Posted December 2, 2022 Really interested to see if this becomes a thing! I really enjoy the violate integrations with DD & Raider pet, so I'm very excited for anything that involves more aftermath for combat. Assimilation and tats after rape are also a lot of fun in combination with these. I do think purgatory is really great and offers a fun unique experience, but I just don't feel any lasting or detrimental effects from it. It feels like there isn't a lot of mods (besides bad-end purgatory/animations ofc) that really take advantage of the raider/supermutant camp decorations. Just feels like un-used protentional with all the fucked up bodies, gore bags, and meat hooks. Like there's just so many ideas that could be used with this and some interactive defeat mechanics. Also with violate, 75% of the time I'm stuck surrendering to non-humanoid enemies (ferals, deathclaws, yao guai, etc.) so I don't even get anything fun interactions with bad ends, DD, Raider Pet, Assimilation Factions, etc. I know that makes sense from a logic standpoint (a bear can't put handcuffs on me, yeah dude no shit) but it just leaves me wishing I was fighting raiders or gunners instead. Turning on "Allow mutually hostile violators" can kinda solve this, but it leaves me with the entire tri-state area trying to get a turn. I wish there was a selective version of this, maybe like allowing humans to team up, maybe mutants and ferals/non-ferals, or just animals in general. Tbh I'm just nitpicking at this point. Also this for example, so fucking accurate, I'm raped every few minutes but no one gives a shit if I empty the entire building. I do understand that this is partly due to CE limits and that's understandable, but tbh it just ends up feeling un-immersive when I have to force myself not to rob them blind. Maybe I'm just too lazy to force myself idk On 5/10/2022 at 7:22 AM, Sgt. Marge said: for example during Raider Pet, when you can just wander around Corvega like a vacuum taking all their shit right in front of them with no repercussions Something more punishing/stat-interactive along these lines would be so spectacular. The "lasting effects" type is a very appealing kinda mod but I feel like most modern mods have too many ways to circumvent those features: getting robbed for 3 caps once in violate and just never going back, the 1 million birth control options for fpe/wo, level 7 expert lock picking with the basic real handcuffs, etc. On 4/9/2022 at 2:17 PM, VenomousOuroboros said: "re-education"/brainwashing and marking/transformation (a la Assimilation), but in a more perilous and malicious fashion really would add weight to this sort of situation But I'm not a mod maker so I have literally 0 room to talk lmfao, I'm 100% down to support a patreon or 2 if it means this happens tho lmfao
