NMM Load order

How dose one change the load order in the NMM?

I haven't used NMM for awhile now but if memory serves me correctly you can click on the mod desired and while holding that click move it to the location desired in the load order

Drag and drop in the position you want to

In the most recent install of NMM you can also select the mod and then use either the UP or DOWN arrows on the left side bar to move the mod one place at a time.

I haven't played Skyrim in a while but I memory serves me correctly you can use BOSS program to do a pretty good sort of your load order. Then you can go through and fine tune the mods as instructed by the authors. Those Mods that aren't listed currently in BOSS are the ones that would require manual changes.
