What mod is doing this?

Not exactly a technical question but not sure were else to post this. 

 

For a while now, no matter what prison mod I have installed, when my PC gets put in jail, she is equipped with a "penalty plug" type thingie and a few other devious devises.  I have no idea what mod is doing this but it overrides Ravenbeak Prison and Prison Alternative.

Does anyone have any idea what mod is doing this?

No doubt, worik pointed at the right mod.

Thanks all.  I had no idea that mod was even installed.  Must have been a suggested mod for another mod at some point.
