Teleported nearest of Whiterun

When the scene is going to start, it's going on the loading screens then teleported the actors to Giant location nearly of Whiterun. Before I play there is no that issue. What I need to change in MCM of SexLab?

Ah yes, the good old giant camp bug. It's old and almost everyone has it sometimes.

There are a few reasons why it can happen, for me it was after i disabled animations while having animations with H Tools. (I only do it with Togle in mcn now.)

For ohers.. Dunno it's a thing that happens i guess.

There are a couple fixes to that too that most of the time fixes it.

Have a sexscene outdoors (IF that even works rn.)

First make sure you actually have animations that can be triggered. Go to sexlabs mcm "Toggle Animations" if nothing is there, then you don't have animations. Fix: Download an animation pack and register the anims with Slal

If you already have an animation pack or several (be real, very few have just one.. I have them all. ?)

Rebuild your animation regestry and reregister them

If that fales, there is also the cleaning function of sexlab.

I will quote another user who posted it years back (google is a wonderful thing.)

  • Open up Skyrim and goto a safe and empty location.
  • Load the SexLab mod configuration menu (which is labeled as simply "SexLab")
  • Navigate to the "Rebuild & Clean" page
  • Select the option "Clean System" by clicking the words "Click Here" beside it.
  • Read the resulting messages before closing the menus to return to the game.
  • With the menus closed, wait at least 60-90 seconds for it to finish the process, you should see a notification that SexLab has finished the process.
  • Open up the wait or sleep menu in game and wait in game for at least 2-3 hours.
  • Save your game
  • Completely quit out of Skyrim back to desktop.
  • Reload Skyrim and open your save made in step 8.
  • Open up the SexLab mod configuration menu again, and check the "Toggle Animations" page, and ensure that there are animations listed there.
  • Try triggering an animation through a SexLab mod to see if it is now functioning.

I will add that after cleaning you also should re register animations again.

Disable Starting Teleport

Disable Starting Teleport

with all due respect.... Nope, unfortunately not, at least not for me.  I've had it disabled almost since I installed SL. I still occasionally get this weird glitch, as well as the occasional transport to empty "under-space" glitch. (the second being one where the involved actors are transported to empty space below the landmass meshes).

What I do when it happens, is immediately go to console mode and issue the TCL command, so when the animation ends, I don't plunge to my death. Once the animation completes (I normally force-end them), I immediately fasttravel to a safe location, idle for a few days, make a new save, clean it and try from there. Sometimes that works, but sometimes it leaves my save corrupt, so when that happens, it's time to load a save from before the event. They rarely repeat.

Strangely, since I disabled it, taking care that no other mod can keep it active, it is more than 3 years that I no longer have the problem . Of course, I have all the various fixes up to date

Could be some particular in my installation. I've only been playing since ~Feb 2019, (3 years ago), so idk, but it does happen infrequently (last time about a month ago., as a result of some Defeat-initiated event). But back when I was on 1.5.73, (2-1/2 to 3 years ago) it was something that happened "all the time".

It doesn't make me help. I try it and some variations in MCM before posting here. I found some information that cause of this problem is a big differents of altitude of landscape.

What do you mean when says a "safe location"? Command coc qasmoke, isn't it? You idle skipping days by sleeping or are awaiting at real time needed to go the game time? How you clean save/save file? By the Fallrim Tools? Need I run the broken event to warp after that to save zone and cleaning or I can do that procedure before issue?

Thanks for all very much.

safe = player home. Ideally with no other occupants. and no heavy environmental scripting for that player home. (or coc qasmoke if you do it the LE way...whatever)

idle = do little. You can sleep, or even craft, but no NPC interaction no stepping out to the exterior environment, etc.

Idling in a low impact area allows the game to "catch up" and complete lingering scripts, etc.

clean = use fallrim tools "resaver" to clear any leftover fragments (general good housekkeeping, of little or no worth if you're trying to fix a savefile already corrupt...fyi)

Personally, I don't coc qasmoke. I simply go to one of my player homes.

Alternatively, you could simply exit the game and open a previous save if you find yourself transported to that island over the giant camp or under the topographic mesh.

Or if you're a fan of console, I suppose your could force-exit with QQQ, but I avoid that method whenever possible

Honestly, the "best" solution is probably to exit the game (entirely) then reopen the game and load a previous save. In my experience, I have a 1 in 3 chance of ending up with a corrupt save when I try to salvage the 'floating island above giant's camp' bug. I mean, how much game progress do we really lose? A few baubles, perhaps a minor quest, a few crappy weapons and armor pilfered off the dead bodies of our enemies?

best wishes
