Mario Kart 8 Deluxe Nude Mods!

Nevermind, found the problem. I put the files in as they were set in the downloads. I needed to make a romfs + driver folder then put them in there. It works now.

Got around to Birdo, King Boo, and Lakitu.

 

Might as well address it now, I gave Birdo a penis. I wasn't sure what to give her at first, but after doing research on the Mario wiki, all signs point to her being a male to female trans person. Heck, it even says so in the English SMB2 manual. Not in the most politically correct way, mind you, but it's still there. Talk about being ahead of the times.

 

Anyway, he's the screencaps, as usual. From what I can tell, I'm a bit over a third of the way done.

There's really no problems in modding the Inklings. You don't worry about the textures that are part of "SplatoonGirl.szs" because the game uses the textures from "SplatoonGirl_Tex0X.szs" in the "DriverTex" folder, so just replace those textures in that archive instead. Replacing the Inkling's model works like any other character. 

If you use the right settings, the replaced model will appear just fine with correct texture mapping and working animations.

 

Here's my test example: an Inkling Girl with inverted colours and something...missing.

If you look closely, you could even see her nipples protruding from her shirt. It's hard to see but they're definitely there.

Again, this was just a test to see if the original model can be replaced with an edited one just fine.

 

A fully nude Inkling is definitely possible. Just make sure you use the right settings or it could look like this:

I am not confident in my modding skills as I have only done kart mods on mk8 wii u previously, but I might try to look into it later into the day.

 

I still reccomend someone else also work on them, as I may not finish a character mod I attempt to do.

i love seeing the progress, nude mods should be universally available in all games. Thanks for all your hard work, everyone in this thread. 

 

I have to ask though, can we please get more males? or, if I could make a wish, futa for the females? I honestly can't imagine Rosalina or Peach without a dong lol.

Seeing this for the first time now, but I love that you're giving nearly EVERYONE the chance to shine in their natural state instead of just the princesses. I'd love to see Yoshi if he hasn't been done yet. Giving Birdo a penis was definitely the right call too. Keep it up!

Bottomless Inkling Girl

I know people would rather have a fully nude Inkling but I figure I might as well polish up and release my Bottomless Inkling Girl mod now that it exists.

In addition, the lower end of her shirt has been slightly raised to reveal more of her bare belly, her nipples can be seen poking out through her shirt if you look closely, and there's increased depth between her buttocks so her butt has more crease. All three variations of Inkling Girl are supported. 

It's at least something for her while we wait for a full nude mod to finally happen.

Finished Yoshi, the Villagers and Link. I remember seeing some lot really wanting nude Link mods around here, so it must be their lucky day. The Link body was from a model made by CatDreamer on Smutbase. The only other thing I should say is that the MK8 Links had longer fingers than the CatDreamer model, so unless I can modify the skeleton without screwing everything up, don't look at his fingers...

 

Also, instead of uploading the mods throughout the thread, I'll just keep uploading them all at once with the new additions, just in case anyone misses any.

Can confirm, with balls as well. All colour variations look good, too.

There is one thing I would've liked to see on Birdo and Yoshi, and that would be their tailholes.

Same goes for other characters that don't have buttocks, it'd be nice to at least have their buttholes visible (like I did with my texture edit of Isabelle) so we have something to stare at since we always look at their rear ends when playing the game after all. Especially when they're riding on motorcycles.

Ditto. It's awesome to see someone dedicated enough to make almost everyone naked in Mario Kart 8 Deluxe.

Even if I don't care to see some of these characters nude like the Mario Bros, I can appreciate the commitment of this project.

Nice! I absolutely love the trans rep here. It would've been super easy to just give her a pussy, so I'm really glad that they went the extra mile here. I agree with the tailhole thing too. Yoshi's best feature in my eyes is his butt, so a little eye candy there would go a long way.

I guess it wouldn't really be "nude" by this mod's standards, but Tanooki Mario should totally just have a sheath sown onto his suit. It'd make for a more interesting visual than just Mario again I think. You could do something similar with Cat Peach too.

The inkling one works fine on Deluxe for the Switch (at least on Yuzu). Is there a female villager one yet that works on there?

Literally just a few posts above that shows an updated mod for villagers, mate.

Switch mods work for any emulator since the files are just game assets and modding works by having those assets simply override the original assets.

It's only a matter of installing them right. If plopping "romfs" in the game's mod folder doesn't work, create a new folder and place that "romfs" folder inside it and enable it on your emulator of choice.

Maybe when I'm done, I'll go back and add buttholes. And thanks for the appreciation, but it's less dedication and more I'm bored and got nothing better to do.

I was thinking of having Tanooki Mario keep the gloves, feet, and hood of the suit and expose everything else. I want to do the same with Cat Peach, but she's, like, half of actual Peach's size. But I think I have an idea on getting around that...
