Sexlab not right

Seems that I am not the only one with this issue. I have installed Sex lab and it does not show up in the MCM. There fore no sex related animations. I have had it running fine. Did a few minor mod changes and started a new game. Sex lab now does not work. Mod changes have nothing to do with sex lab and should not effect it in any way. Mods I changed where character  beautification mods.

First thing to try:

open console, type "setstage SKI_configmanagerinstance 1" and enter; close console; wait; see if the MCM shows up now.

for LE:

Mods don't need to be directly connected with Sexlab to break it.

If you overwrote PapyrusUtil with for example Simple Knock you change SL already.

If another mod in you LO can't load it's MCM it will also effect other mods.

As I posted in the SE section I have Skyrim se as my game. The mods I changed around where texture mods. I will try the  console command. Fnis reads the animations and Zaz animation will register with Sexlab.
