Eye meshes black in game ENB bug FIX

Hello there! Funnybizness here. I noticed there were a lot of threads about certain ENBs causing very dark shadows on the eye meshes in game. Practically turning eyes black. Well fear not! I will let you know what I personally have done to combat this ugly eye shadow lol.

Download nifskope (It is free!)

Go to your male and female eye meshes located in  E:\Steam\steamapps\common\Skyrim\Data\Meshes\actors\character\character assets

Next open each one in nifskope

Open the branches till you see "Emissive color"...as you can see it's colored black.Desktop Screenshot 2022.03.09 - 12.31.17.71.png

Now click on the rainbow wheel and move the dot to the white side. (Sounds so rac!st LMAO chill I'm Latino so it's all good.)

You'll notice the eyes are much brighter. In game you won't have that annoying black shadow blocking your eyes beautiful color and shine hehe!

Now just go to the other eye meshes located in E:\Steam\steamapps\common\Skyrim\Data\Meshes\actors\character\character assets\faceparts

And repeat the process. Remember to save! Hope this helps. Stay brutal \m/

ShaderFlags: Receive_Shadow, Assume ShadowMask.

But actually it would be better to set the ENB correctly (Fixes area), since editing the eye nifs has no effect on already created NPCs.

Oh shit...I honestly never even thought of that. Lmao I delete cast shadows from my bodies all the time and didn't even think of using those options on the eyes. Thanks! Yeah it sucks having to go through EACH NPC facegendata head and do my process on their eyes. It works but SO tedious. I guess there are many ways to fix the annoying black eyes bug. I just figured I'd share what I know since I couldn't find a solution. I must've missed it somehow. But thanks again! Cheers.
