No but if you have the Patreon Version of WW you need the Inappropriate Unlock to enable those options.

If you have the patreron version and the inappropriate unlock, yes, the Incest trait will be missing from the WW menu to add WW traits.

You can use MCCC->CAS->Manage Traits->add trait, then search on Incest and MCCC will find the trait and you can add it.

I think the mod is moving away from such things.
