It all depends on what you deem to be 'good'. Judging by the popularity of the 'Post Your Male Sims' thread compared to every other character showcase thread (and the abundance of beefcake in said thread), I would say that there are plenty of people who post on this site who would seem to think so.

The bodies used to make the hunky Sims in that thread that I posted a link to are typically further augmented by good slider work including sliders enabled by slider custom content. 

You could try the True Male Body with one of the slider cc found on this site.
